[Tears]
"Wake up Bryan, someone is at the door." Mother was shouting away at the kitchen. "Yawn, Yawn. Yes mother, I’ll open the door in a minute time." I replied to her. Ding Dong, Ding Dong. “Yes, coming right away." irritated by doorbell. Wow, a pretty lady, must be on my best behavior. “It took you long enough to open the door, I was waiting for…" she continue on and on for a few minutes. She was one pretty but also a person who loves to nag a lot. I invited her in and we chatted along. Then my mother has to interrupt, "son, help me in the kitchen, there are many things to prepare." So this pretty lady is actually my girlfriend, she is from Hong Kong and it is the holiday season, so she came over and visits me. We usually contact each another through internet or phone and our relationship remained the same for one year.

"Dinner is ready, come over and eat." Mother announces it to us. This is the first time she met my mother due to the fact that she lives in Hong Kong. The purpose of the meet is to discuss about our marriage. "So, when are you all going to get married, on which day?" Mother starts with the ice breaker. So, we continue with dinner and the discussion was very successful.

In a blink of eye, we were married together for two years. And so coincident, it was our anniversary. I have prepared a lot of surprises for her. Waiting patiently at home for her, she calls home and tells me that she is very busy so she may come back very late. Many thoughts were running through my mind. Has she forgotten that today is the big day, how could she just give me such an excuse? I decided to spend this big occasion with my daughter who was staying with my mother. We sat at the sofa at the night and I played the video tape on our married day for her to see. She was exhilarated, she was laughing away. But for me, tears were rolling down my cheeks, tears of joy. This tape lets me remember how happy I was during the marriage. But even though I was happy, my mind just cannot help but think that our marriage is on the rocks.

After that day, we quarreled over many petty problems until we could stand each another. We decided to have a cold war but to put it nicely is to let both of us cool down. We did not talk to each another at all. One day, she look me up at my office and brought a brown envelop with her. She slammed the document on my table and say that she wants a divorce. She cannot stand a petty man like me and she informs me that the daughter is following her and if I want the custody, then we shall meet each other at court.

I was taken aback at what she said. I could not believe it, I suddenly just cannot control my body and most importantly, tears again was rolling down my cheeks. Not tears of joy but tears of disappointment. I just did not know that she was such an unreasonable woman. “She couldn’t have changed so fast there must be a reason.” this thought was going through my mind. I hired a PI to check for me her traces. After one month, the PI responded and showed me all her photos. I was buried my fire. I ran out and look for her. Not to my amazement, she was sitting at the café. I confronted and her and suddenly, this guy from the back shouted at me. "So he is the reason you want a divorce." I shouted at her. "Yes, you are a stupid fool. I was with him even before I got married with you. It is just that you did not discover it." She argued with me. My hands just waved over her face. I gave her a slap. "Tears were also rolling down her cheeks, her eyes turned red and she scolded, "Ok, after this slap, we are quits. Please sign the divorce papers." pretending to be strong. I went home after that, reflecting on what I did what right or wrong. I feel so stupid not to discover her change. My eyes began to turn red and I was about to cry soon. How could I cry so many times in one week? I just never felt like this before. She must be with her lover together, smirking everyday about how foolish I am to be with her.

The day after, my pay was in so I went to the bank to withdraw money. To my horror, my bank account was left with $200. That evil woman must be the one who cheated away all my money. I just cannot believe again that I did not think about the fact that she was with me is to cheat my money. I call her, but she did not answer my calls. After trying for 1hour but still to no avail, I decided to give up and woke up for my wonderland. I hope that all these will not happen but what has happen has happen. The first problem to solve is my daughter. I cannot let her follow my ex-wife. I resigned from my job so that I can put all my focus on wining my daughter’s custody.

Luckily, heaven did not give up on me. I finally win the lawsuit and her dirty act was exposed. It all happened when we were fighting for the custody and she accidentally spur out that she took away all the money in the bank for our daughter. And after rounds of investigation, it was found out that she was involved in many series of cheating.

After all this, it was not a disheartening matter. It was a very good lesson. I learned that the good will be repaid and the evil will get their desserts. The most important thing I learn is about tears. Tears follow us even when we are happy and even if we are sad. I will never forget how happy was my daughter when she was following back home and she was so joyful till she shed tears and seeing her, I believe what I have done is right. So tears are something we express to let people know our feelings. Even males have feelings so even if they cry is no different to the females. So the next time males cry, please do not laugh at them or it will be the same as laughing at yourself of not having feelings.

[Flight]

Flying is something everyone loves except for those who have fear of heights or some other special reasons. You may think that flight has got nothing to do with flying but it is a fact that flying is related to flight. Did you hear before people in the airport saying,” What is our flight number." and "Hi, i am very happy to serve you your flight number is SQ006, enjoy your flight?” All this are related to flying and flight. Did you recently watch the Flightplan.Is about this woman who was on the plane and she lost her daughter. So even movies say that flying is related to flight.
When flight comes to our mind, the first thing we will thing of is which place we are going to fly to. What is our destination? Flight carries people to the place where they think will give them pleasure when going for holidays and they will also give people who are just married to the place where they think will enhance their relationship and give them sweetness too. Flight also let people have the time to reflect or cool down like when you see TV serials, the person after breaking up wants to cool down, so he/she will leave this heartbreaking place to somewhere where she will forget about this unhappy incident. Who make flights successful? The pliot, air stewardess, ticketing officers and engineers. This is the heroes we cannot forget.Yes, the machine is important but without people to operate it, it will be useless. So who/which is more important? I would like to take the opportunity to thank these background heroes who make all these happen.
Another factor for people to take the flight is number 1: time, follow by trust. People pick all these airlines because they trust that the flight which is under the airlines is safe and will bring them to their destination on time. And Singapore Airlines for all these years have built a not bad reputation. Even though there were some accidents, but people know Singapore Airlines not because of accidents but because of merits.
Flight is a word not will only one specific meaning, it also means a group, especially of birds or aircraft, flying together. Flight has also meaning which is related to this which is the ability to fly through the air by wings. Birds are very carefree. Everyone wants to be a bird because they can fly. They can fly through the air to any places they want. Youngsters nowadays even want it more because birds symbolize freedom and this is just what youngster wants. Birds also have the special sense that if it is too cold or hot they will fly to another place for warmth or a more suitable place. Without the ability to fly with their wings, they will not be able to survive. They will either be frozen to death or burned to death. So isn't flight important to birds. Flight also gives me the feeling of being on top of the world. And it's true that we are in fact on top of the world.
Everytime people say which animal is the most superior, the first answer is us, the humans. But if you think carefully again, the birds are than the superior ones, even if they shit, the place will acts as the toilet bowl is our heads. So in what ways are we more superior to them? So with flight, we can be of equal status as the birds and with the rockets, we can further prove that we are much more superior to them. Because of this word, it explains why human cannot fly.If i say this, first think you will think of is the scientific reasons like we are too heavy and so on. But in terms of English it clearly explains it. The ability to fly with wings. Does human have wings, no.But you may argue that many scientists tried building wings but we still cannot fly? Than this is the scientific problem not the English problem. It is also because of this word that peoples take drugs. Since we can not have that flying feeling or that top of the world feeling, than drugs is the alternative. Don’t think that I am promoting drugs, you are wrong. Yes drugs have let you have that high feeling but it has many side effects. So do not take drugs as the alternative.
